	EXCLUSIVE EARLY SEASON ACCESS Pass holders get the mountains to themselves with exclusive early season access through Dec. 7. We will not sell lift tickets until Dec 8; buying an Epic Day Pass is a great alternative. Early season reservations can be booked up to a week in advance.
	PRIORITY RESERVATION DAYS FOR THE CORE SEASON Lock-in that big trip or special weekend before the core season even begins. As a pass holder, you will receive an early opportunity to reserve up to seven Priority Reservation Days for the core season (Dec. 8 - April 4) before lift tickets go on sale. The exclusive reservation window runs Nov. 6 through Dec. 7. If you cannot get the Priority Reservation Days you want by Dec. 7 and have not used your pass, you can get a refund with Epic Coverage.
	MORE DAYS ALL SEASON LONG As a pass holder, you can make as many week-of reservations during the season as your pass type and availability allow. Week-of reservations are in addition to your Priority Reservation Days. As you use your Priority Reservation Days, you can book new ones, holding up to seven at any time, or as many as your pass type allows.
	RESERVE WITH EASE You will be able to view real-time availability and make reservations all in one place, on EpicPass.com. Reservations will activate your pass for the selected days; no need to bring anything but your pass to get access to the mountain. *The reservation window opens November 6.*

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

This season, our unrivaled commitment to safety takes on more importance than ever.

We are implementing some changes with your safety in mind:

	COMMITMENT TO SAFETY Face coverings will be required to access our mountain and we have re-imagined our resort experience to allow for physical distancing. More Below.
	PASS HOLDER RESERVATIONS For your safety, we are managing on-mountain access this season. Reservations will be required, and our pass holders will get priority access. Learn More >
	LIFT TICKETS Lift tickets will go on sale Dec. 8 after our pass holders reserve their priority days. Lift tickets will not be sold for the early season, but Epic Day Passes are available now.
	CASHLESS TRANSACTIONS For your safety, all transactions across our resorts this season will be cashless (unless required by local regulations). This includes at our hotels, restaurants, Ski & Ride School, activities and all other points of sale. Please bring your American Express, the Official Payment Partner of Vail Resorts, or other credit or debit cards for any in-resort transactions. We will require guests to purchase online or by phone before traveling to our resorts or coming to the ticket window. If you travel to our resort without securing a lift ticket, there is a chance there will be no lift tickets remaining online, and you will be unable to ski that day. Even if you are interested in purchasing a lift ticket to ski the same day, you will need to make the purchase online or through our call center and then come to the ticket window to pick it up

A: Lift tickets will automatically come with a reservation. Your lift ticket purchase is your reservation. When you purchase your lift ticket, it is for a specific resort and specific date, and therefore there is no need to make any further reservation. You will be able to purchase lift tickets for any of our 34 owned and operated North America resorts.

A: No, lift tickets will not be available for purchase at the ticket window this season. Ticket purchases will only be available online or through our call centers. You will not be able to pick up a lift ticket at the ticket window without first purchasing it online or through our call centers. This practice will minimize crowding at our ticket window and ensure only those guests with a confirmed ticket come to the ticket window. If you travel to our resort without securing a lift ticket, there is a chance there will be no lift tickets remaining online, and you will be unable to ski that day. Even if you are interested in purchasing a lift ticket to ski the same day, you will need to make the purchase online or through our call center and then come to the ticket window to pick it up

A: No, to the access the mountain this season you can purchase a pass or a lift ticket. To secure priority access to reserve your desired days, we highly recommend purchasing a pass. The Epic Day pass provides savings versus lift tickets, gives you priority access to securing the days you would like to ski or ride, and provides a 20% savings off food, lodging, lessons and more through Epic Mountain Rewards. Due to our reduced capacity this year, if you choose not to purchase an Epic Day Pass, we expect lift tickets will sell out on select days throughout the season. If you have not secured your lift access before visiting our resorts, there is a chance you would be unable to ski during your trip. Even if you are interested in purchasing a lift ticket to ski the same day, you will need to make the purchase online or through our call center and then come to the ticket window to pick it up

A: We have consistently rewarded our guests that are willing to commit in advance through our pass products, with benefits including significant discounts relative to lift tickets and Epic Mountain Rewards, which provides a 20% discount on food, lodging, lessons, and more.

To ensure the safety of our guests, employees, and communities this season, we are managing the number of guests that visit our resorts each day. In that process, we are providing pass holders with priority access to secure reservations on their preferred days. Lift tickets will not go on sale until December 8th, 2020, after all pass holders have had time to secure their preferred reservations.

A: Yes, Buddy tickets and Ski-With-A-Friend tickets will be available for purchase beginning on December 8th, 2020. For the 2020-21 season, Buddy and Ski-With-A-Friend tickets can only be purchased online. You must be a pass holder to purchase a Buddy or Ski-With-A-Friend ticket online (you may not send your benefits to others to redeem online). Pass holders will be able to utilize their Buddy and Ski-With-A-Friend benefit tickets on any day when there is the available capacity for lift ticket purchases. We strongly recommend purchasing your Buddy of Ski-With-A-Friend tickets in advance through epicpass.com to secure your ticket before traveling to our resorts.

A: No. While the vast majority of our lift ticket products will be available for the 2020-21 season, including Buddy and Ski-With-A-Friend tickets, certain products and product features will not be offered this year, including lift tickets with a duration of 8 or more days and lift tickets featuring multi-resort access.
